Anaisa is a premium lifestyle and property styling brand. We offer beautifully curated sculptural florals and will soon launch a thoughtfully selected jewellery collection. Our focus is on exceptional quality and intentional pieces.

Florals & Physical Items

Sculptural florals and physical items are shipped directly to you. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of the product. We use reputable carriers to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Please note: Allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery times within Australia are typically 2–7 business days depending on your location and item size. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Jewellery (Coming Soon)

Our full jewellery collection will be available for online purchase soon. Once live, jewellery will ship via standard Australian shipping methods with costs calculated at checkout. Delivery times will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available. We are focusing on delivering exceptional service within Australia first.

Please note: Shipping estimates are provided as a guide only. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will not process refunds for late or delayed orders once dispatched.

Please note: The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and name at checkout. We are not held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please note: Anaisa is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed to the carrier (as evidenced by tracking data).

Please note: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the delivery point, you may be charged for re-shipping.
