Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced, or services re-performed, if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Florals, Jewellery & Physical Items
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, items that do not suit personal preference, or items that do not fit.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
- Please contact us at sakshi@anaisa.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage or fault and a description of the issue.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Once approved, return the item via a trackable service. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Services (Property Styling, Florals & Events)
Cancellations must be made in writing to sakshi@anaisa.com.au. We will do our best to reschedule where possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
